Monosodium glutamate residue is a single-cell protein produced through the process that inoculating corynebacterium glutamicum in corn starch sugar, after the direct fermentation process is performed, the glutamic acid supernatant dry matter is obtained and after it is purified, the single-cell protein is obtained. It is a kind of microbial ingredients product between animal and plant protein feed. It is rich in many kinds of amino acids, microelement, digestive enzyme and abundant growth factors. It can remarkably improve microbial environment of animal intestine, improve animal immunization function and be beneficial to digestive absorption of animal body. In feed, it can replace part of fish meal, corn protein powder and other high protein material, so that it widely applied in feed enterprises. 


Features


1.It is a kind of single-cell protein, the crude protein covers up to 60-75%. The protein molecules are very small and usually exist in small peptide forms. The true nutritive value of amino acid is more than 90%. It’s quite easy to be resolved and absorbed, so that its nutrient effect is obviously superior to oilseed meals. Therefore, it can be applied in feed to replace peeled bean pulp, fish meal, and corn gluten meal to reduce the feed cost. 

2.The sum total of amino acid is in 55-59% with stable quality; meanwhile the content of essential limiting amino acid-lysine, threonine, arginine is up to 4%; the content of methionine is up to 2% so as to can guarantee the growth demand of beasts and birds furthest. 

3.The monosodium glutamate residue crude protein covers 75%, amino acid is up to 59%, true protein covers 63%, the protein hard to be absorbed by animal is with low content (12-15) %. Since the inorganic nitrogen is with low content, its appending proportion in feed may be increased. 

4.It has large product output. Mei Hua Group annually processes, extracts and purifies 1.2 million tons grain and get 50 thousand tons of the product.
